HJK - Spanish Lace Shawl

This elegant shawl uses a lovely centuries-old Spanish pattern called Madeira mesh. It is worked from the top center neck and so it is easy to make it as large or as small as you want.

Materials: 780 yards of fingering weight yarn,

Needles: US 10 20"circular needles, tapestry needle.

Gauge: Approx. 4 st / in worked in garter st with size 10 needles and blocked well.

Finished size: approx 78" at tope edge and 40" in length at center point.

Skill level: Intermediate to advanced intermediate.
