Nature's Palette™

These gorgeous yarns are dyed with natural dyes derived from plants, not extracts. Darlene Hayes of Hand Jive Knits grows and harvests many of the plants herself. Simply put, her yarns are exquisite. Since this yarn was hand dyed with natural dyes, no two dyelots are exactly the same. Some plant matter is to be expected in some colorways.

Darlene, in previous careers, was a research molecular biologist and an attorney. She still keeps her skills honed on the legal aspect but her real love is nature. Darlene is an accomplished knit designer, having self published many as well as for major yarn companies.
