We take great pride in the packaging and shipping of our orders. Once your order is mailed, you will receive an email from us stating when it was mailed and how it was mailed. If you do not receive an email from us, please let us know. We have, on occasion, had emails returned to us for various reasons.
If you receive a USPS Delivery Conf. #, please note that it can take a day or two for the USPS to update their records. Most packages are sent via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. The Yarn Grove is not responsible for any packages that have been delivered by USPS with a confirmation but not received by recipient. If you would like Signature Confirmation Delivery in your area, please note that on your order in the Comments Section. Some packages may not have Delivery Confirmation.

When you receive your order, you will also notice that this envelope package can be used again by merely using the second glue strip! This packaging is Made in the USA and within months of composting or landfill disposal, the bag will entirely disintegrate.
