Yarn Suggestion: Sport Weight yarn approx. 350 yards. Needles: US Size 8 (5mm). Can be knit on 2 straight or a circular needle with at least a 24" cable. Gauge: 22 sts and 14 rows over 4" square, measure in st. stitch. Only a suggested gauge.

Finished dimensions: After blocking, the sample shawl measured 52 inches across the wingspan and 23 inches down the center back.
