HJK - Criss Cross Poncho

This poncho can be made 3 ways - as a traditional poncho, as an open front poncho that buttons up the front, or as a shawl. The last 2 versions are worked flat, while the traditional style is worked in the round.

Materials: 925 yards of fingering weight yarn;

Needles: US 7 circular needle, stitch markers, tapestry needle. For open front poncho: 11 3/4" buttons, size D crochet hook.

Gauge: 18 sts and 24 rows / 4" using size 7 needles in garter stitch.

Finished size: Size small to Medium, approximately 20" in length.

Skill level: Advanced beginner to Intermediate.
